Our flagship beer, Beast Ale, is an unfiltered Strong American Pale Ale made from American and English grains that are milled onsite for optimal freshness. The nose is bright citrus. In the secondary fermenter the beer is dry-hopped with Cascade whole leaf hops to provide a smooth, well balanced flavor and dry finish. Beast Ale has a deep copper color with a surprising ABV of 7.5%. IBUs 73.
Sexy Beast Coffee Stout
Coffee Stout 5.6% ABV
Brewed with organic Mexican coffee from local coffee roaster, Yellow Brick Coffee. This unfiltered beer has a smooth, sexy texture, is medium bodied and perfect for the Arizona climate. It has a chocolate malt & coffee backbone with hints of nuttiness. There is a beautiful coffee nose and frothy caramel head. It is a perfect brunch beer or for anytime you need a boost. It can be served on nitro and standard faucets. ABV 5.6%. IBUs 20.
Sandman Pecan Porter
Pecan Porter 6.5% ABV
Estonian style porter brewed with local Green Valley Pecans, floor malted Bohemian Pilsner, Crisp Black Grains and Roasted Barley. This unfiltered & unpasteurized beer is rich mahogany in color; smoky & nutty in aroma & flavor. IBUs 25.
Sacred Beast Double IPA
Double IPA 9.4% ABV
This bold beer was brewed with American & European grains. Sacred Beast is a high octane beer that was aggressively hopped throughout the boil with Cascade, Centennial, Columbus & Willamette. The unfiltered beer is then dry hopped aggressively with Centennial to finish out the fermentation. Sacred Beast Double IPA was brewed with the desert in mind – wild, bold & tough.
